About the Case
In 1993, Glen Eaton was permanently injured on the job while working for an uninsured employer in Libby, Montana. Since then, he has endured a decades-long battle against a system that refused to protect him, compensate him, or even acknowledge his rights. His evidence was withheld, his pleas ignored, and retaliation followed.
What Happened?
- Uninsured employer failed to provide workers' comp coverage
- Attorney withheld medical evidence – later convicted of murder
- State agencies refused to act despite knowledge of wrongdoing
- Retaliation included false police reports filed against Glen
Our Mission
