About this Site
This website exists to document the decades-long struggle of Glen Eaton, who was permanently injured in 1993 while working for an uninsured employer in Montana. For over 30 years, Glen has faced legal obstruction, retaliation, and silence—from the withholding of evidence by his own attorney to the refusal of state agencies to act.
Now, with the help of advocates, Glen is telling his story publicly for the first time. This site hosts his statements, correspondence, and the growing archive of documents that reveal the truth behind a system that failed one of its own.
Justice delayed is not justice denied—if we bring it into the light.
Official Goals of the Glen Eaton Justice Project
Demanding Full Investigation
Immediate State Action on Uninsured Employers
Fair Representation and Justice
Justice and Peace
We are calling for a comprehensive investigation into the systemic failures that allowed Glen Eaton’s case to go unresolved for over 30 years. This includes the lack of enforcement of workers' compensation laws, the withholding of evidence by Glen’s former attorney, and the subsequent retaliation by state agencies.
We advocate that any employer found operating without workers' compensation coverage should face immediate and strict enforcement actions by the state. This includes ensuring they cannot influence unemployment hearings or avoid their legal responsibilities.
Glen was denied adequate legal representation during critical hearings, which further compounded the injustice. We demand that the state ensures fair legal representation for individuals in similar situations and that those responsible for denying these rights are held accountable.
Ultimately, the Glen Eaton Justice Project seeks not only restitution for Glen but systemic changes to prevent similar cases in the future. We want a Montana where the law protects every worker, and justice is accessible to all—not just those with means.
