To whom it may concern,

I am contacting you on behalf of Glen Eaton, a Montana resident who has spent the past three decades seeking justice for a catastrophic workplace injury, the illegal withholding of evidence, and systemic obstruction within the Montana labor and legal systems.

Attached is a detailed complaint summary documenting:

This case has been raised with multiple Montana agencies, including the Uninsured Employers Fund, Department of Labor and Industry, and the Governor’s Office. While some officials acknowledged the situation, others responded with hostility, denial, or silence. One congressional office belonging to then-Congressman Dennis Rehberg, aggressively told Glen in a specific quote, “Don’t go to the feds with what you just told me, keep this fight at the state level” which he perceived as a direct threat to his safety.

We are asking for the following:

The attached document is a fully reviewed summary of events and timelines. We are prepared to release Glen’s complete archive of medical and legal evidence upon request.

Please confirm receipt of this message. We are available for follow-up via encrypted email, phone, or direct contact.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Correction regarding Gary Seaman Handling of Glen Eaton Medical Records

Sent on April 30, 2025

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to submit a formal correction regarding a previous communication I sent to your office as part of the Glen Eaton Justice Project.

In our original message, I mistakenly stated that Glen Eaton's former legal representative, Gary Seaman, "destroyed" his medial evidence related to a 1993 workplace injury. Upon reevaluation of Glen's statements and the timeline of events, this characterization was based on a misinterpreted comment. The verified and accurate description is that Gary Seaman withheld the evidence, and did not forward it to the appropriate state agency.

This correction is made in good faith and is being implemented across all public-facing materials related to the project.

I thank you for your prior attention and for keeping this matter of Montana labor justice under review.

Respectfully,
Dustin M. Shappee
