Hello DOGE,

I’m reaching out regarding a long-standing failure of justice and labor accountability in Montana that aligns directly with your mission of governmental efficiency and oversight.

I’m the advocate for Glen Eaton, a Montana resident who sustained a catastrophic workplace injury in 1993 while employed by an uninsured business. His retained attorney at the time, Gary Seaman—who was later convicted of murder—destroyed Glen’s original medical records, preventing any chance of a legitimate workers' compensation claim.

Despite Glen’s repeated efforts over 30 years to contact the Montana Department of Labor, Uninsured Employers Fund, legislators, and federal offices, his case was ignored or suppressed. In one alarming 2008 instance, a congressional staffer told him, "Don’t go to the feds with this one."

Even more disturbing:

This is not just an individual injury—it is a systemic breakdown.

We have a complete complaint summary and evidence archive prepared, including audio files, documentation, and state-level correspondence. Due to message limitations, I cannot attach anything here, but we are prepared to provide it securely upon request.

Please let us know:

Correction on Gary Seaman Handling of Glen Eaton Records

Sent on April 30, 2025

As of April 30, 2025, the Glen Eaton Justice Project officially acknowledges that the claim Gary Seaman destroyed Glen Eaton's medical records has been rescinded.

The current verified claim is that Seaman withheld Glen's medical records from the State of Montana following their transfer from Glen after initial treatment.

This correction reflects an evolving understanding of Glen's statements and aims to maintain factual integrity throughout the project.
